We have recently been contacted by a new client. They have been planning a holiday but needed cover for their beloved dog. Of course, Redditch Dog Walking jump at the chance of working with someone new and of course a new dog!
Meet and greet
When taking on a new dog, it’s very important for us to meet the dog and client in person. We love to visit a dog in their home so we can really get to know them. It is also important for the dog to become comfortable with us too. When we go round to meet a new dog, we discuss their background with the client.
At Redditch Dog Walking we know that all dogs are special but this particular dog stood out to us. The Client told us about his job in the RAF and the time that he spent serving in Afghanistan. He did a tour along side his dog. As soon as the tour was over, he jumped at the chance to adopt and bring his best friend home with him! As many of you will know, we love nothing more than supporting past and present service men, women and animals at Redditch Dog Walking. Immediately we knew that we couldn’t wait to work with them both.

Dog walking with a difference
While we are with the dogs we love to take pictures and videos of the dogs enjoying themselves. We send these to the clients throughout the day so they can be sure that their dogs are having the best time. Our clients say this is something they love about Redditch Dog Walking although, have admitted to being jealous while they’re stuck at work!
