Max looking handsome!

9 years ago my husband and I got married. It was very important for us to have our dogs make an appearance at our wedding because they’re part of the family. As all of our loved ones were at our wedding, we found it hard to work out the logistics. My mom ended up having to leave the wedding to go and collect the dogs and bring them to the evening reception. We are so happy to have pictures of them at the wedding that we can look back on. This however, made me think of how Redditch Dog Walking could help bring your dogs to your wedding?

Getting your dog to your Wedding or Special Day

At Redditch Dog Walking we are now offering a special dog delivery service to you wedding or special event. We can arrange to collect you special friend and bring them to your event for their appearance. We will stay with them to chaperon and take all the stress away from you. When they have finished with their appearance, we will take them back to their home and tuck them back into bed. You could always schedule a walk while we’re at it, before or after their appearance and make the day as special for them as it is for you.

Past Wedding Appearances

Last year we were asked by Rex’s owners if we could bring him for photographs at their wedding. Of course we jumped at the chance to help. We picked Rex up and delivered him to the venue where he was able to have pictures with his mummy and daddy on their special day. We stayed with Rex to make sure he wasn’t slobbering over mummies pretty dress! Rex loved seeing his parents and they loved having him there. They now have a family photo which they can treasure forever and isn’t it a gorgeous picture!

Summer ’23 has seen us provide yet more amazing, memorable moments for another one of our lovely fur babies and his pawrents. We were asked if we could take the handsome boy Bailey to his pawrents wedding – of course we said yes! We picked up Bailey early in the morning and gave him a good walk to burn off all his energy. He came back for a little “freshen up” and then we travelled down to the venue – Bailey slept the whole way, perfect! We dressed him in his tuxedo and entered the venue – he was almost the star of the show! We do not know who was happier, Rachel & George in seeing Bailey, or Bailey to see them – We think you’ll agree that this picture is one they will treasure forever ❤️
Here is what Bailey’s owner Rachel had to say:
“We always knew we wanted Bailey to be at our wedding (he’s our baby of course we did!) however figuring out how to get him there was always a struggle. Until Bailey started his walks with Sam at RDW.
Sam and Bailey have the
BEST bond I could ask for. Bailey runs out the door to him every morning and the days where he’s not seeing Sam he watches out the window for Vans…just incase!!
We asked Sam if he would be able to bring Bailey to our Wedding (all the way in Surrey!) and he didn’t hesitate to say yes. Knowing that Bailey was with his best friend Sam having the best day prior to joining us for Wedding day photos was such a relief.
Bailey joined us all clean, tired from his walk and suited and booted ready to be the star of the show.It meant the world to us him being there and I can’t thank Sam and RDW enough for making it happen. You guys deserve the world!
Love Rachel, George and Bailey 🐾”
