Jess – Dog Walker, Trainer, Lover, Slave & RDW starter!

I’m a mother to 2 human babies, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 ponies, 2 goats, 2 pigs and a whole bunch of bunnies, ducks, chickens and even a lizard. My passion has always been dogs and animals so starting Redditch Dog Walking just made sense. My biggest flaw is falling in love with animals, did I mention I have a mini zoo at home?!

Like – Dogs! In fact all animals, wine, my children and husband of course. I love nothing more than a good chin wag with my friends/anyone that will listen. I enjoy camping holidays and chocolate and judging by the amount of time I spend working, I suppose I must love work too!

Dislikes – Housework, there I said it. Not having wine in the fridge and waking up at silly o’clock in the morning to start the day!

Can often be found – behind my phone talking to clients, in our fields surrounded by lots of doggies or cuddled up with my children.

How much do you love dogs? Dogs are my absolute life, when I am not working with dogs I am rescuing dogs. I don’t think I have ever worn an outfit that hasn’t been covered from top to bottom with their hair!

Tracey – Dog walker, Lover & Dog Whisperer

I retired from the Police after 31 years and I have recently finished my work on a farm which I did in lieu of livery for my horse. Sadly I lost my beloved horse and have taken the adventure with Redditch Dog Walking.

Likes – All creatures great and small. I talk to every animal I see and yes, I mean every animal! I love a cake, chocolate, my husband, Nordic walks and oh yes, more cake!

Dislikes – Bad driving/drivers! Shopping, cooking and animal abuse.

How much do you love dogs? – I have never been without a dog in my life. When I’m not dog walking with RDW, I’m volunteering for Dalmatian Rescue or Cinnamon Trust.

Can often be found – Watching Welsh Rugby whilst covered in Dalmatian glitter, dog slobber and wet/muddy paw prints. I wouldn’t change it for the world. Sunshine doesn’t come from the skies, it comes from the love in my dogs eyes!

Chloe – Dog Walker, Animal Lover and Big Dog Slobber Rag

I have been brought up living the outdoor lifestyle forever and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Farming is in my blood, both myself and my husband have farmed and if im not walking my own dogs or at the yard with my horse then I’ll be there getting muddy (muddier) chatting to the sheep.

Likes – My animals …your animals, all animals !! Cooking ( I’m a feeder ) cheese, wine, my husband, witty repartee and a challenge!

Dislikes- Mis treatment of any kind to animals and people, rudeness and bad food!

Weaknesses- adopting animals that have no intention of leaving the Hooper household

Strengths – Reactive dogs. It makes me so happy to change the dogs and often owners life for the better

Can often be found- Outside with my fur babies, trying to avoid the housework and instilling the love of animals into my lovely niece

How much do you love dogs? I’d rather be with dogs than humans. My life revolves around giving them the best. I have a Ridgeback a Great Dane cross and a Cane corso! Previously we had a gorgeous rescue Weimaraner sadly lost too early. Although I love ALL dogs no matter what size I do have a tendency to attach myself to the larger breeds.

Sophie – Dog Lover, Walker and Treat Maker

I’m a mumma to my two year old Cockerpoo Lola, my little shadow!
Working as a dog walker wasn’t a decision it was my only option, all day everyday being surrounded by what makes me happy!

Likes – Dogs, people, but mainly dogs! If you’re not covered in fur then we can’t be friends! Walking, I’m always in a pair of wellies whatever the weather! Holidays with my fiancé, family and friends. Gardening, I find mowing the lawn therapeutic!

Dislikes- Sprouts andSpiders

Can often be found: Pottering around the garden in the summer and binge watching a series wrapped up in front of the fire come the winter months!

How much do you love dogs? My life revolves around dogs and whether it’s my own Puppa or yours, they will be loved the same with lots cuddles and lots of fun! It’s not business, it’s pleasure (most of the time)!

Ashleigh – Dog Lover, Dog Best Friend and Dog Walker!

Animals are my world! And when I got the opportunity to join the RDW crew I couldn’t have been more excited. Dogs have been a part of my life since birth and getting to spend time with your beloved fur babies every day is a dream come true!

Likes: Animals of course! Eating, cooking and generally thinking about food. Exploring beautified places with my son and doing anything arty!

Dislikes: The mistreatment of animals! Frogs and Avocados (devils food)

Can often be found: Knee deep in muddy puddles with crazy canines! Looking in the fridge and drawing.

How much do I love dogs?
I’ve yet to meet a dog I haven’t fell in love with. Their loyalty, personalities and the joy they can bring to our lives is what will always make them man’s best friend.

Sally-Anne – Puppy Socialiser, Dog Lover and Owner

I’m mum to 2 girls and 1 fluffy Samoyed (Blossom). We are family that loves an adventure!
Likes – That fresh puppy scent.. Is that weird? Travelling, exploring new places, long walks, camping and the beach.
Dislikes – Cruelty to animals and people who put milk in their tea first.

Can often be found – I’ll be pottering in the garden growing fruit, veg and flowers in the garden.
How much do I love dogs? Having grown up with dogs all my life, I couldn’t imagine a life without one.

Adam – Big Dog Lover, Owner and Walker

Likes: Family, good food, being outdoors, dogs, exploring new places with my dogs and watching Newcastle United

Dislikes: Bad drivers, litter and ignorance.

Can often be found: during the day, covered in mud being dragged around fields. On an evening, fighting for space on the sofa to watch box sets with my partner, child and two dogs.

How much do you love dogs? from childhood i wanted to work with dogs/animals. After 17 years of working in offices I am now living the dream, in my eyes a house isn’t a home without a dog in it.

Becky – All animal lover, Bull Dog Owner and Walker

As a family we love animals, so our family so far consists of… 1 dog, 1 cat, 1 Turtle and 4 Rats.

Likes: I love being a mum and spending time with my family and friends. We love adventures and holidays.

Dislikes: Rudeness and Ironing (they still make me do it haha)

Can often be found: Running around after my family, probably with a glass of wine in hand! Outdoors through the summer and cwtched up inside in the winter.

How much do I like dogs: I grew up with German Shepherds, who were my best friends. I love how amazingly unique each and everyone one of them are, oh and the cwtches they give are the best!

Tanya – Dog Lover, Dog Owner, Dog Walker and Dog Kisser

I am a mum of two gorgeous boys and two gorgeous fur babies. Me and my little crew love going off exploring as often as we can, with the south coast of Wales being a favourite destination of ours.

Likes: Being outside in the fresh air walking my pooches. Making memories with my boys and seeing them happy.

Dislikes: Spiders or anything that resembles a SPIDER.

I can often be found in a field walking my doggies, or in a park with my boys.

How much do you love dogs?
Dogs come into our lives and remain loyal and loving. Every dog I walk I am greater with a genuine happiness to see me. They bring me so much, comfort when I’m sad and laughter and fun when happy!! I think it’s safe to say that I really do love dogs

Hana – Admin Wizard and Spreadsheet Queen

I am Hana, I have 2 children and a third if I count my husband. I work behind the scenes for RDW, concentrating on enquiries, social media and welcoming our new families to make up our wider RDW family.

Dislikes: doing nothing, I just can’t do it 🤣. I have to be researching or filling in a spreadsheet.

Likes: more like LOVES chocolate and holidays, hot or cold.

Sarah -Dog Lover, Walker and Pet Photographer

I have never looked back since joining RDW, as it’s given me the opportunity to combine my love of dogs and photography! 🐾📷

I’m dog mum to my own beautiful fur babies Nala & Evvy, and me and my hubby enjoy taking them on long walks and adventures (and sometimes to the pub!) 🍷

Likes: Photography and being creative. Holidays 🏝️ Chocolate and Cheese 🧀 Spending time with my husband, family and friends.

Dislikes: Butterflies and moths 🦋 Rude people.

Can often be found: Curled up by the fire in the winter and out and about in the summer!

How much do you love dogs: I have always had a dog, I couldn’t imagine life without one. LOVE them – in all different shapes and sizes.

Kate – Dog Lover, Cat Momma – Zumba Teacher!

After being in the construction industry for 10 years, I’ve finally made the switch to my dream job joining Redditch Dog Walking!
I am dog sister to RDW’s OG Skye, cat mum to my boys Anton and Dustin, and snail mum to Turbo and Alex.

Likes: being outside, the beach/sea, sunrise and sunsets, eating food (I am a human dustbin) and mostly failed attempts at vegan baking.

Dislikes: unkind folks, rude people and coriander!

Can often be found: outside in nature exploring new places, at the gym or cuddled on the sofa with my kitties.

How much do you love dogs?: I love all dogs big or small! Any day is made 100% better with a dog(s) by your side. If you don’t like dogs you cannot be trusted 😁 I wish I could take all the pups in rescues waiting for their forever homes and give them all the loving homes they deserve ❤️

Shannon – Dog Lover, Walker and Cockerpoo Owner

Lucy – Marketing Whizz, Dog Owner, walker & lover

I’ve always loved dogs and after becoming a dog mum in 2019 that love has grown and grown. After being made redundant in May, I decided to start my own business designing stationery and taking on other bits and pieces too including the marketing of Redditch Dog Walking! Working with Redditch Dog Walking has been a lot of fun so far and is a lovely way to support my other work.

Likes…All animals, especially dogs. Walking, baking & designing/crafting.

Dislikes…Wet socks, rude people & dark mornings.

Can often be found……exploring with my husband Liam, son Flynn & dog, Nugget, crafting & enjoying a glass of wine!

How much do you love dogs?? A crazy amount! Dogs are amazing creatures, the way they can do so many different jobs, comfort you when you’re down and celebrate with you when you’re happy. They’re brilliant company and there’s nothing better than snuggling up on the sofa with them!

Can often be found: Walking my own dog, reading a book, watching a movie.

How much do you love dogs? I love them more than humans, dogs are loving, happy to see you and non judgemental. They are literally the best friends you never knew you needed, and I get to have loads!

Becky S -Dog walker, Dog Owner and Dog Lover

I am a dog mum to Moose my 2 year old cockapoo, he is a bundle of energy and loves his walks, and I love seeing how happy he is when he’s running around having fun. I decided to start dog walking as I love nothing more than spending my time with dogs, and I was lucky enough to join RDW.

Likes:
Film nights with a takeaway and glass of Rose’. I’m also a big chocolate lover 

I like being outdoors, exploring new places I can take the doggos too.

Dislikes:
Any sort of animal abuse, rude people, early mornings.

Can often be found:
Either at home wrapped in blankets having a cozy day or exploring places with my best friend (aka Moose)

How much do you love dogs?
A lot, I couldn’t imagine life without a fur baby 

Rosie – Dog Walker & Dog Sister

I’m Rosie and this is my gorgeous working cocker spaniel Blue! I begged my mum my whole life for a dog and this year I finally got my own little fur baby! Even though he’s not so little anymore😅 I’ve always dreamed of working with animals so a job with Redditch Dog Walking is a dream come true.

Likes: Spending time with my family and friends, holidays and going new places, and cheese😍

Dislikes: Spiders & waking up early

Can often be found: Cuddling my puppy, watching Friends, or on holiday☀️

How much do I love dogs? I have ALWAYS loved dogs and in a room full of people you’ll find me with the doggies! Ever since I got my Blue my love for dogs has grown even more and I could not imagine life without dogs in it❤️No one will ever be as excited to see you than a dog with a waggy bum and slobbery kisses!

Katharine – Dog Owner, Horse Rider and Fresh Air Lover!

I’m a Mum of two and proud owner of three dogs, a horse, a pony and two guinea pigs.
Having grown up on a farm, I have always had working collies and huntaways in my family but by the age of 11 I had saved up all my birthday and Christmas money and bought my very own dog. A border terrier called Basil and I haven’t looked back since! I can’t imagine a life without dogs in it and come rain or shine, walking them is one of my favourite things to do.

Likes – walking dogs, riding horses spending time with my family and of course, coffee!

Dislikes – general injustice and the Harry Potter films. I’M NOT SORRY!

Can often be found – mostly out and about with the kids and the animals.

How much do you love dogs? A lot! They are my therapy and I don’t know where I would be without them.

Kim – Dog Walker & Lover

After a long 10 years in the hospitality industry, I decided to take a different route in my career path. Now I’m that crazy Dog Walker that loves nothing more than getting kisses, cuddles and muddy paws all over me! 😂 I’ve always grown up around animals and my sister being a Veterinary Nurse there has not ever been a fury animal in the house!

Likes: going on long walkies with the dogs, alcohol (who doesn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️), eating out in restaurants as I can’t be bothered to cook most days and baking

Dislikes: animal cruelty, cheese – yes I’m that weird one, being chased by birds

Can often be found: on a cold day, under the quilt on the sofa with a cuppa tea watching a film or on a hot sunny day, with a drink in my hand at the pub having a laugh

How much do I love dogs? Dogs are life, they have the best characters and also they don’t argue back at you 😂 no matter if you’re having a bad day then can always cheer you up!

Fran – Momma and Dog Walker!

Hi, I’m Fran! I’m a wife and mama to one + a step mama to two! At the moment we have 6 cats 😂 our beautiful husky girl Alaska passed away last year, we miss her dearly.

Likes: Being a mama & wife, pole fitness, chocolate (too much!), days out & good food!

Dislikes: Tuna, people that aren’t humble.

How much do you love dogs: I love working at RDW, the joy that I see when dogs know they’re going for ‘WALKIES!’ is unmatched! 🐾

Megan – Dog mom, Horse mom and animal lover

I have two babies, Lola who is a cocker spaniel and my horse Toby. I adore them and spend most of my spend time with them. Lola is my shadow, very easy going, social, loves cuddles and to be centre of attention. Toby is too intelligent for his own good, gets himself in trouble and uses me for treats and massages. Every animal is so different and I love to see all of their personalities shine.

Likes – All animals but specially dogs and horses, or anything fluffy. Aside from animals I love chocolate, exploring new places and trying new foods.

Dislikes – Non animal lovers, don’t understand them at all. Rude or nasty people, no need! Moaning, life is too short.

Can often be found – At the yard with Toby or on an adventure with Lola. If at home watching movies with Lola.

How much do you love dogs? Dogs make me the happiest, they are full of love and devotion and I can’t get enough of them. I am ecstatic to be working with RDW. I will be in my element everyday at work.

Sharlene – Cat Queen, Sitter & Animal Lover

I made the decision to leave my corporate job and do something that made my soul truly happy. Being around animals and nature is my dopamine supply so this was the perfect vocation for me. Ive been around animals all my life, especially cats, I am the token crazy cat lady. Even been known to carry treats in my pocket on the off chance I see one 😸.

Likes – Animals!! I have a soft spot for foxes and squirrels and feed them whenever I get the chance. I love a bottomless brunch and all things alternative 🤘🏻.

Dislikes – Arrogance, animal abuse, rude people and people who refer to certain animals as “vermin”. Every animal deserves love ❤️

Can often be found – Trying to befriend the wildlife(I carry bird seed in my bag daily 🐦‍⬛), in the gym or cleaning. I rarely sit down, too boring.

How much do you love dogs? I will speak to every dog I see on the street! If I had the room, I would have one in an instant. I don’t think my kitties would be too happy though 😸. I look after my friends dogs when needed so I got my dog fixed that way, now I’ve joined RDW, I have a daily supply ☺️.

Ellis – Dog mum and dog mad

I have one dog named Maggie, who is my little angel and can do no wrong in my eyes. I am also an auntie to an amazing niece and nephew.

Likes – Going for drinks and food with my friends, spending quality time with family and loved ones and relaxing in bed with my Maggie

Dislikes – Cold weather and the washing up

Can often be found – Hanging out with my niece and nephew or with friends at the pub

How much do you love dogs? No matter how bad the day is, a dog always knows how to cheer you up

Lauren – dog mom & all round animal lover!

I have one fur baby who is called Nelly. She is my world and I’m so lucky to be her mom! Growing up with an animal-loving family, I have always had fur babies around me, I definitely have a soft spot for them – especially dogs!

Likes – spending time with my family and friends, going out for food (ideally somewhere I can take nelly too!), going on long walks and being in the warm weather! 😍

Dislikes – people who don’t like animals, it just doesn’t make sense to me!

Can often be found – snuggled up on the sofa with nelly watching a film or out on a long walk somewhere nice. Followed by a large glass of white wine 😂

How much do you love dogs?
More than anything! They can do no wrong in my eyes and deserve all the love in the world!

Mitch – Dog dad & walker

Ever since I was little I’ve always been obsessed with animals especially dogs, so much so that when I was really young I told my mom when I grow up I want to be a dog… 😅 I’ve always had German shepherds that was until I saw my boy Boris on RDW page just over 4 years ago saying that he needed a home (the rest is history) aside from RDW I also have a strong passion for property.

Likes: all the kisses and cuddles from dogs, I love walks, spring/summer and coffee dates are my favourite (especially if I get to bring boris)

Dislikes: animal abusers, bad driving and cold weather.

I can often be found on the sofa with a cuppa cuddling up to my boy or outside enjoying nature (or anywhere dogs are involved)

How much do I love dogs? Dogs are my absolute world, I think it speaks volumes when I literally thought I was going to be one when I grew up 😂 I’ll always ask if I can pet other peoples dogs (you can’t take me anywhere) growing up around dogs and having a dog in my life just makes me feel complete!

Connie – Animal lover & walker

I have always loved animals. Growing up surrounded by them, I knew that I need animals in my life which is also why I am so excited to join RDW🐾🐾💙

Likes: animals, all types of music, baking and then eating what I’ve baked!

Dislikes: sitting in traffic, touching wet food while doing the dishes, people who complain a lot

Can often be found: listening to music, with friends, family or my dogs!!

How much do I love dogs?
I would much rather never talk to a person again, but I wouldn’t survive without being in the same room as a dog. I’ll often acknowledge a dog before talking to the owner!!

Eathan – Animal lover & walker

Since i was a young child, i always wanted to work with animals, all sizes! (except spiders), when i was young, my mom wasn’t too impressed with my animal loving personality, if there was an injured animal, i would bring it home and make my mom drive me to a rescue centre 😂 ( hedgehogs, birds, dogs, etc) and if there was a lost dog, i wouldn’t leave its side until i knew it was back home with the owners!

Likes: Animals of all kinds! (expect spiders… 🕷️), Roller Blading, Candle making, being in nature, and Autumn! 🍂

Dislikes: again, spiders! bad drivers. Rude people, animal abuse, and a warm pillow at night.

Can often be found: with dogs, in nature, on roller blades, listening to music, or in my car 🚗

How much do i love dogs?
I prefer dogs over humans any day!
If i could, i’d adopt all dogs without a home, and have my own dog army!
and that is why i joined RDW, I would like to help a dogs confidence shine, and meet all dogs, from young and bouncy to old and sleepy, small and big! 🩵

Miang – Animal lover & walker

I’ve been a dog owner for as long as I can remember, and it’s a bond I wouldn’t trade for anything. My partner and I have a habit of adopting dogs that others find difficult to re-home. Our current dog, Fanta, is a bit of a challenge, but he’s also loving and rewarding in ways that make every moment with him worthwhile. I didn’t have a dog for a few years while living in Australia, and used to get serious dog envy whenever I saw people with their furry companions.

Likes: Video games, Ramen, Sci-Fi, Cooking & Spending time with family

Dislikes: Mushrooms, Cruel people & Vegetables that are shaped like trees (you know who you are, cauliflower!)

Where You’ll Find Me: At home, most likely playing video games or watching a weird indie movie.

How Much Do I Love Dogs?
A lot! Dogs are straightforward and honest, and I love how you always know how they feel. Their loyalty and love are unmatched, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Katie – Dog Walker, Animal Lover & Aspiring Dog Photographer

I’m a mum of two strong minded girls who I want to make proud by showing them it is possible to be a woman who raises her family and also has a job she loves too and I feel so grateful to be part of this RDW team.

Likes: Animals, adventures and anything creative (music/art). Am also a bit of a book worm.

Dislikes: Running out of chocolate, coffee and/or rum and people who don’t like dogs/animals.

Can often be found: Near water or exploring the world either by foot or with my imagination and my nose in a good book.

How much do you love dogs: Dogs bring me SO much joy every day and I can’t imagine life without them 🐾🫶🏼
