Our Woofing Workshops are back in full swing!
The last two weeks we have held our Puppy Play Date and our Walk & Talk session with our RDW Trainer, Gemma.
Here is what Gemma had to say about our Puppy Play Date:
“What a fantastic way to end the weekend by having a Puppy Play date at Liberty Fields! Thankfully the weather was kind to us so the puppies could have a great time playing & learning some basic life skills such as recall , obedience training & confidence building. In this play session we covered how to spot positive play between dogs 🐶 & signs of dog’s which are under stress or potentially dangerous which could lead to aggressive behaviour. We played games with hoops & built up focus whilst learning in a safe and controlled environment 💪🏽Well done everyone today, keep up with your training & thank you for choosing RDW for your puppy’s first playtime with the other little pooches 💜”
We then held our Walk & Talk session over at Ipsley Meadows. This session is great for owners who would like to chat over their issues and give advice to other owners. Our trainer, Gemma, is also there to offer tips and advice to the group too. Of course, they are also a great social activity for your pups, actively encouraging play and socialisation in a positive, controlled way. Here is what Gemma had to say about the session:
“Sunday was our walk/talk & training session with these lovely pooches & owner’s! Thankfully the weather stayed dry so the dogs were fine until we had water play in the river 🤣

Positive play
