Tracey’s Wonderpups
My Wonderpups this week are Trixie and Stella. I have been walking these lovely elderly ladies with their cousins, for the last week whilst their hoomans have been on holiday. Considering they haven’t met me before, they were so good! They would trot off at a decent pace, but as soon as I called them they would wait or watch my hand signals it they had taken the wrong track. Even though they are of a certain age, they certainly love life and their walks and were a total pleasure to take out.
Jude’s Wonderpup
My Wonderpup this week is Arlo. Arlo is so affectionate and a massive snuggle pup who is always super excited to see us and gives the best kisses! He travels in the van really well and enjoys coming out for his walks. Arlo loves playing with a tennis ball and zooming around the fields with the other dogs. He always makes sure he gives lots of love to every one of his walkers and adores any children he meets. Arlo’s been especially social with the other dogs this week and gentle with some of our younger recruits.
Elli’s Wonderpup
This week, I’m picking Benji as my Wonderpup. He’s relatively new to the RDW family but has made such massive progress in such short time. The first couple of times I took Benji out, he was a little nervous and stuck by me the whole time. This week, I’ve noticed a massive change in Benji and he’s been having lots of fun zooming around with his new friends, getting as muddy as possible! You are great fun to take out Benji and well done for coming out of your shell so quickly.
Jess’ Wonderpup
My Wonderpup is Buster this week. He was happy to come walking every day this week which in itself is an achievement because normally when it’s raining, he tries to pretend he would rather stay in bed! Buster was really good on all his walks, especially with his recall. He is always so good with all the dogs, happy to be with dogs big and small and without fail, he always makes me smile, even when he’s pushing his luck!
Anna’s Wonderpup
My Wonderpup this week is Ralfie. Even though it was my first time meeting this amazing boy, he was so happy to see me, and trusted me completely. He was great with all the dogs and quickly made friends with everybody. Ralfie loves to play chase, travels well and has great recall. It was a pleasure to have him in my team!
Chloe’s Wonderpup
Duggee is always so excited and happy to be with you no matter what. He has lovely mannerisms with people and all dogs and is a really gentle boy. Duggee is so playful and loves playing with his friends. He comes to me every time I call him, without fail, and has the ability to put a smile on everyone’s face.
Holly’s Wonderpup
My Wonderpup this week is Belle. Belle isn’t with us regularly so I haven’t seen her for a while now. My first walk back with her was brilliant she was an absolute star, she was so happy to see me and we had a really lovely walk together!
