What a week we’ve had! We’re delighted to have welcomed back some dogs to the Redditch Dog Walking family, and also say hello to some brand new faces.

As always, we update our Facebook and Instagram every day with happy dog content so give us a follow over there. We’ve got some exciting plans for our social media, too, so keep your eyes peeled!

Now let’s get onto this week’s Wonderpups…

Elli’s Wonderpup

This week, I have picked Maggie. I selected her earlier this year for some amazing progress with her recall but since being back from lockdown, Maggie has come on leaps and bounds, literally. Her beagle nose usually leads her astray so she’s on a longline. However, the last few weeks, Maggie has been interacting much more with other dogs, responding really well to my commands and being an all round legend! Well Done Maggie, I love walking you and can’t wait to watch you grow even more.

Jess’s Wonderpup

My Wonderpup this week is Ted! Ted is such a lovely boy to walk, he never leaves your side other than to have a quick play with the others but his recall is amazing and is always the first back! He has come such a long way since he first started, he loves playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes and has formed a new BFF relationship with my husband Luke after he joined us for a walk last week.

Anna’s Wonderpup

My Wonderpup this week is Bonnie. When I first started walking Bonnie she was very shy and wasn’t engaging with other dogs too much. I can’t believe the change this lovely girl has made since then. She is always so happy to see me and runs to the car to see her friends. Bonnie loves to be in a group with her best pals, plays with them and last week she even overcame her fear of water and got in which made her mum and me very proud!

Tracey’s Wonderpup

My Wonderpup this week is Roxy. I just love this elderly lady. She still loves her walks and is so keen to totter up the road and mooch around. She is always happy to see you walk through the door. This week I took Ollie with me, who is a little anxious around big dogs, but Roxy was so gentle with him, and by the end of the walk Ollie was trotting along side Roxy quite happily. Roxy you are such a lovely gentle girl and an absolute pleasure to walk.

Chloe’s Wonderpup

Eva is always so excited to go out for her walks and I love watching her run, swim and play. Although Eva has lots of energy she is always very responsive and polite when walking. She has recently found a bestie in Nimbus after struggling to play with other dogs and it’s so nice to see her content in his company. I’m always so pleased to see her she never fails to make me smile.
