What a week! From freezing cold, foggy mornings to the soaking rain, we have had it all. Safe to say the Mud Daddys (portable dog showers) are out, and our many towels are hanging up to dry.
We’ve got one week left before we take a break over Christmas so here’s the penultimate Wonderpups of this crazy year 2020…
Elli’s Wonderpup

For my penultimate 2020 Wonderpup, I’m going to pick Cosmo. After his obsession with water often leading him astray (sometimes fields and fields away!), he was doomed for long line life. Recently, we have been working hard on Cosmo’s recall, and over the last couple of weeks the boy has come up trumps! He’s been doing so well and has completely turned a corner which I’m very proud of. Aside from that, Cosmo is always super duper happy to see me, and travels soooo well, good work Cos!
Jess’ Wonderpup

My Wonderpup has to be Cleo! Cleo is always on her best behaviour, she plays with everyone nicely, her recall is always perfect – she comes straight to me every time I call her! She is so good she often gets over looked for Wonderpup as she is so consistent so I would like to give a massive shout out to my girl for always being a Wonderpup.
Anna’s Wonderpup

My Wonderpup this week is Evie. Even though Evie only joined RDW family few weeks ago she fitted straight into it. She’s always very excited to see me and she’s a great passenger too. She loves all her friends big and small and always makes the most of her walk running around and having fun. I love her playful nature and that I can always count on hugs and kisses from her. Lovely to have you with us Evie!
Soph’s Wonderpup

Stanley is my Wonderpup this week! Stan is the new guy in my Friday afternoon group but you wouldn’t have guessed it. He’s been with me for the last two weeks now but from the get go he has got stuck in shown the other guys and gals that he knows how to have a good time. Stan has brought out the the ‘inner puppy’ in some of our older dogs and it’s so lovely to watch! Here’s to many more play dates Stan, So happy you are part of the RDW family!
Tracey’s Wonderpup

My Christmas Wonderpup is Lexi. What is there to say about you Lex, that I don’t tell you every time I walk you? You are such a gorgeous little girl, who never puts a paw wrong. You are so sweet to any new pups who come into your special little groups and make them feel so welcome. Your kisses are the best and you have eyelashes that are the envy of most hoomans. I’m not sure who is most excited to see who on the mornings of our walks, you or me? And you were so kind to let all the other pups borrow your wardrobe for the Christmas photos, so that everyone could look as gorgeous as you!
Chloe’s Wonderpup

Big Boy Bruce is my Wonderpup this week, he is still young but the best gentle giant. Luckily its rare I have to put bruce on a lead (he is strong as an ox) however, he never strays from my side and his recall is second to none. I am always so happy to go and collect him and see his face pushed against the door looking out for me. It’s great to watch him run about with all his friends. I can rely on him on every walk to make me smile with his charismatic ways. Keep up the good work Brucey!
Ashleigh’s Wonderpup

My Wonderpup is Reggie. Reg is the sweetest , most funny little fella could you ask to walk. He is excellent off lead, he always stays close and he never fails to make me smile. He is small but mighty! And is not to be underestimated as he can give as good as he gets from some of the more lively pups. Reggie is my favourite to cuddle and always gives me a laugh.
